Alisia was quite the helper with the hot little chile pepper. I was surprised that she didn't want to wear a costume since she still is into dressing up. She just wanted a "new look." So that's what I helped her with. Helping with Aaron was a good excuse to still be in the fun and get his candy.
For some reason, Caleb didn't want to wear his costume much. Maybe it was because he wore it out when we first got it and I've been letting him play with it. Once he realized he got more candy when he wore it house to house, he wanted to keep going.
Our favorite trick-or-treaters (our next door neighbors)!
Every year, our church has a fall festival we go to at the Marsh's farm- La Sata. This year, the kids had a lot of fun playing in the barn while Mommy and Papi sat around the bond fire.

How cute!! Little chili pepper, guy!
Alicia didn't have a costume?
I love the idea of hanging out around the bon-fire. Drinking coffee while doing that would have made my night complete ;0)
As far as my top for my costume, it actually was a mixture of things.
My sister had given me (a long time ago) that red "corset" looking thing. It laces up the back and is soooo pretty (but HARDLY acceptable out in public).
I knew i wanted to somehow incorporate it into my costume, but was having a hard time finding stuff to wear under it to make it more "decent".
Then, in discussing my dilema with a friend, she mentioned this body suit she used to wear that was "fish net lace".
I thought about how perfect that would look under the corset and after trying it on, i knew it would work.
I also wore a nude tank top under it all. I had to be sure nothing was gonna show ;0)
I think Chris looked great as a rocker, too. Kinda got me all worked up if you know what i mean! ;oP
