Planting Seeds
Because of a recent conversation with Alisia, we decided to have a planting project for the kids (there are three because Alisia's friend did one). They each painted a pot and planted their own flower seeds. We found a sunny spot on our porch so the kids can make sure to water them when needed. We have fun watching their flowers grow every day!

we love playing in the dirt - and gardening is the perfect excuse for it! :0) we rent, so we haven't got to start our own garden yet....but since we've been renting where we're at for 3 years already & since i don't see us moving any time soon - we're going to go ahead and start a flower bed and maybe just a lil patch garden! i'm so excited!!!

haha I love this and I'm glad you are sharing this experience with your kids! Even more so because I can relate! I planted some seeds in a pot on our back patio, and it is so fun to go out and see the daily progress - watching the little seeds turn into beautiful flowers. :) You'll have to post a picture of the flowers in full bloom!
